We are a nonprofit organization and a diverse brotherhood of golfers united by a shared passion for the game, a commitment to community service, and a spirit of fellowship. Through golf, we promote discipline, respect, and sportsmanship, while extending our impact beyond the course to uplift and serve others. Together, we build meaningful relationships, strengthen our communities, and strive to create a lasting, positive impact both on and off the fairway.
Damien Turner is the Founder of the 100 Brothers of Golf Social Club, a nonprofit organization built on the belief that golf is more than a game—it is a powerful vehicle for connection, mentorship, and community impact. As a passionate golfer and accomplished leader, Turner established the organization to unite a brotherhood of individuals who share a love for the sport while leveraging that platform to give back and uplift others.

A devoted father of three and proud family man, Turner brings the same values of commitment, integrity, and leadership from his personal life into his professional and community endeavors. With over 20 years of experience in corporate America, he has developed a strong foundation in leadership, operational excellence, and team development—skills that continue to shape his vision and execution within the nonprofit space.

Through tournaments, events, and community-driven initiatives, his mission is to foster fellowship, promote discipline and sportsmanship, and create meaningful opportunities to support youth development and organizations such as the First Tee of Greater Houston. Turner’s vision is to continue expanding the game of golf into a space where community, culture, and purpose intersect—both on and off the course.

Our Advisory Board

Dr. Sterling L. Carter has always believed that healing is both a science and a calling. Long before he founded Sterling Physical Therapy & Wellness, he was serving his country as a U.S. Army Officer—leading soldiers, caring for military families, and learning the true meaning of service. Over the course of his military career, he served in three wartime operations and retired honorably in 2018 at the rank of Major. The discipline, compassion, and leadership he gained in uniform now shape the way he serves every patient.
After earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, Dr. Carter set out with a mission: build a clinic where people feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for. What began as a single location has grown into a best-in-class healthcare organization trusted by thousands. His hands-on approach and the patented Sterling Treatment Method have helped countless patients move without pain, regain confidence, and return to the life they love.
Dr. Carter is also a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Professional, blending his clinical expertise with his love of the game to help golfers prevent injury, improve mechanics, and perform at their highest level.
Beyond his clinical work, he is a best-selling author, mentor, entrepreneur, and proud veteran—but his greatest pride comes from the impact Sterling PT & Wellness has on the community he serves.
Every patient who walks through the doors is treated like family. Every success story reinforces his belief: when people are cared for at the highest level, their lives truly change.
